Through years of clinical practice, it became evident that traditional talk therapy alone was insufficient. Clients often carried unresolved trauma in their bodies, experienced biological imbalances, and expressed a profound need for purpose, connection, and meaning.
Transformation began when I combined evidence-based psychology with neuroscience, somatic interventions, gut-brain research, and the wisdom of ancestral and evolutionary frameworks. The result was not temporary symptom relief, but enduring shifts that reduced dependence on ongoing care.

As a therapist from the Middle East, I bring a deep understanding of diverse Eastern cultures, traditions, and religions. While I do not conform to any specific ideology, I value and enjoy a reflective understanding of different religious, spiritual, and secular worldviews.
